07 00 00 Thermal and Moisture Protection

Thermal and moisture protection are critical components that must integrate with each other to offer a well sealed and high-performing building envelope.  By first establishing a weather barrier, then holding the insulation component outboard of the weather barrier to insure a healthy building, followed with cladding for protection and aesthetics, a sound building envelope is established with good design principals.
